<br><br>67.990 Penalties. <br>(1) Any officer who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 67.020 is guilty of <br>misfeasance in office, and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100). <br>(2) Any officer who willfully violates any of the provisions of KRS 67.090(2) shall be <br>fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200) for <br>each offense. <br>Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Amended 1980 Ky.
