<br><br>67A.590 Payment of moneys from fund. <br>(1) The officers of the government designated by law to draw warrants on the <br>government treasury, shall on request in writing by the board, draw warrants on the <br>commissioner of finance, payable to the treasurer of the board, against moneys of <br>the fund. <br>(2) Moneys ordered paid from the fund to any person shall be paid by the treasurer <br>only, upon warrant signed by the president of the board and countersigned by the <br>secretary. No warrant shall be drawn except by order of the board duly entered on <br>the record of proceedings of the board. <br>Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Amended 1990 Ky.
