<br><br>67A.610 Member deemed to authorize deductions for contributions -- Picked-up <br>employee contributions. <br>Each member shall, by virtue of the payment of contributions to the fund, receive a vested <br>interest in such contributions, and in consideration of such vested interest, shall be <br>conclusively deemed to undertake and agree to pay the same and to have the amounts <br>deducted from his salary as herein provided. After August 1, 1982, employee <br>contributions shall be picked up by the urban-county government pursuant to KRS <br>67A.510(2). <br>Effective: July 15, 1982 <br>History: Amended 1982 Ky.
