<br><br> <br>Page 1 of 1 <br>67C.307 First meeting of board -- Officers -- Rules -- Voting. <br>(1) The board shall meet within thirty (30) days of the creation of the board and the <br>members shall select from among themselves a chairman and vice chairman and <br>adopt such rules, regulations, and bylaws not inconsistent with KRS 67C.301 to <br>67C.327 for the necessary operation of the board. In all nondisciplinary matters <br>requiring a vote, a majority of the board members present and voting shall <br>determine any questions, provided that at least three (3) board members are present <br>to constitute a quorum. <br>(2) In cases of discipline, four (4) members of the board shall be present to constitute a <br>quorum, one (1) of which shall be a police officer as defined in KRS 67C.305(3). <br>Effective: March 18, 2003 <br>History: Amended 2003 Ky.
