<br><br>69.120 Counties having a population of more than 150,000 to pay expenses of <br>Commonwealth's attorney. <br>The necessary expenses of the Commonwealth's attorney in the discharge of his official <br>duties in counties containing a population of more than 150,000 shall be paid out of the <br>county levy.
