<br><br>69.057 Expenses of Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney when acting as <br>special prosecutor. <br>Any Commonwealth's attorney or county attorney acting as a special prosecutor shall be <br>reimbursed for his actual expenses incurred for lodging, meals and necessary travel.
