<br><br>7.095 Fees for publication -- Disposition. <br>The Legislative Research Commission may prescribe reasonable fees for general <br>distribution of its publications. All such fees paid to the Commission and not expressly <br>required to be placed in other funds shall be placed in the State Treasury to the credit of a <br>revolving, trust or agency fund account for use by the Legislative Research Commission <br>in publishing its reports. <br>Effective: June 19, 1958 <br>History: Created 1958 Ky.
