<br><br>70.310 Bond and oath of constable -- Minimum -- Record. <br>(1) Every constable shall execute bond in the minimum amount of ten thousand dollars <br>($10,000), with good sureties approved by the fiscal court. <br>(2) The bond shall be recorded by the fiscal court with the county clerk, and the <br>approval of the sureties shall be entered on the records of the fiscal court. <br>(3) The bond shall be renewed biennially, and more often if required by the fiscal court. <br>When additional security is required of the constable, he shall be given ten (10) <br>days' notice. <br>Effective: July 15, 1996 <br>History: Amended 1996 Ky.
