71.100 Jailer's duties on going out of office. When any jailer goes out of office, he shall deliver to his successor the custody of the jail, <br>its keys, furniture and appurtenances, and the persons confined therein, with all official <br>papers by which prisoners were committed to his custody or by which they were liberated <br>therefrom.
