<br><br>71.030 Jailer to keep jail clean and warm. <br>The jailer shall keep the jail comfortably warm, and clean and free from nauseous odors, <br>and shall provide prisoners confined in the jail with a sufficiency of bedclothing to make <br>them comfortable.
