<br><br>73.030 Deputies. <br>On the recommendation of the county surveyor, the county judge/executive may appoint <br>one (1) or more deputy surveyors, if the county judge/executive is satisfied that they are <br>competent. The surveyor shall be answerable for the conduct of his deputies, and may <br>remove any deputy at his discretion.
