73.030 Deputies. On the recommendation of the county surveyor, the county judge/executive may appoint <br>one (1) or more deputy surveyors, if the county judge/executive is satisfied that they are <br>competent. The surveyor shall be answerable for the conduct of his deputies, and may <br>remove any deputy at his discretion. The removal of a deputy must be entered on the <br>records of the county judge/executive. Effective: June 17, 1978 <br>History: Amended 1978 Ky.
