<br><br>73.040 Duties of surveyor -- Assistants. <br>(1) The county surveyor shall perform any business in the civil engineering profession <br>that he is lawfully ordered to do by any court in his county. <br>(2) The county surveyor may select chainmen and other necessary assistants to aid him <br>in carrying out the orders of court.
