<br><br>74.410 Revenue bonds may be issued as provided in KRS 58.010 to 58.140. <br>Water districts may, in addition to all other methods provided by law, acquire and <br>develop water systems, systems for the distribution of natural, artificial, or mixed gas and <br>sewage disposal systems through the issuance of revenue bonds under the terms and <br>provisions of KRS 58.010 to 58.140. <br>History: Amended 1962 Ky.
