<br><br>75.260 Compensation of board members -- Time and place of board meetings. <br>(1) The board may fix the respective salaries of its members on a per meeting basis not <br>to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25) per meeting and not to exceed one (1) meeting <br>per month. <br>(2) The board shall meet at least once a month at a time and place designated by the <br>board and all meetings, except executive meetings, shall be open to the public. <br>Effective: June 17, 1978 <br>History: Amended 1978 Ky.
