<br><br>76.248 District may construct or contract for construction -- No debts incurred <br>until assessment final. <br>The district may carry out the plan itself or contract with others for construction of the <br>sewerage facilities. The district shall incur no debts or obligations, aside from engineering <br>study and administrative costs, on account of the construction subdistrict until an order <br>made under KRS 76.246 is final and no longer appealable. <br>History: Created 1964 Ky.
