<br><br>76.330 Commission to make survey and report to county judge/executive of <br>economic feasibility of construction -- Certification by metropolitan district. <br>The commission shall, before entering upon any construction work or any contracts <br>therefor, make a survey of the territory within the district, and report to the county <br>judge/executive as to plans for sewer and/or drainage construction and as to the estimated <br>cost thereof, with recommendations as to whether or not such construction is <br>economically feasible. With such report shall be submitted a report and certification from <br>the metropolitan sewer district as to whether or not the project is feasible from a technical <br>and economic standpoint. <br>Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Amended 1980 Ky.
