<br><br>76.340 Classification and report of land affected or benefited by sewer construction <br>and operation. <br>If a plan for construction of sewers and/or drains is approved by the county <br>judge/executive, the commissioners shall then examine the real estate in the sewer <br>construction district that may be affected or benefited by construction and operation of <br>such sewers or drains included in such approved plans, and shall classify the land into <br>such number of classes as the commission deems advisable, and shall report its <br>classification and the ratio of benefits for each class, from such sewers or drains to be <br>constructed. This report as to classification shall include a general description of the land <br>in each class with the names of the owners. <br>Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Amended 1980 Ky.
