<br><br>77.010 Creation and boundaries of districts. <br>(1) In each county of the Commonwealth there is hereby created an air pollution control <br>district. <br>(2) The boundaries of every air pollution control district shall be coextensive with the <br>boundaries of the county within which it is situated. <br>Effective: March 14, 1952 <br>History: Created 1952 Ky.
