<br><br>77.190 Authority to enact orders, rules and regulations for reduction of air <br>pollution. <br>Whenever the air pollution control board finds that the air in the air pollution control <br>district is so polluted as to cause any discomfort or property damage at intervals to a <br>substantial number of inhabitants of the district, the air pollution control board may make <br>and enforce such orders, rules, and regulations as will reduce the amount of air <br>contaminants released within the district. <br>Effective: March 14, 1952 <br>History: Created 1952 Ky.
