<br><br>77.215 Information concerning installations to be furnished air pollution control <br>officer. <br>The air pollution control officer may, at any time, require from any person who operates <br>any plant or uses any article, machine, equipment, or other contrivance specified by the <br>regulations of the air pollution control board or this chapter, the use or operation of which <br>may cause the issuance of an air contaminant, or may require from an applicant for, or <br>holder of any permit provided for by the regulations of the air pollution control board, <br>such information, analyses, plans or specifications as will disclose the nature, extent, <br>quantity, or degree of air contaminants which are or may be discharged by such source. <br>Effective: June 17, 1954 <br>History: Amended 1954 Ky.
