<br><br>77.235 Violations. <br>It shall be considered a violation of this chapter for any person to: <br>(1) Knowingly make any false statement in any application for a permit or in any <br>information, analyses, plans, or specifications submitted either in conjunction <br>therewith, or at the request of the air pollution control officer; or <br>(2) Build, erect, alter, replace, use, or operate any source capable of emitting air <br>contaminants for which a permit is required by the regulations of the air pollution <br>control district when his permit so to do has been either suspended or revoked; or <br>(3) Build, erect, alter, replace, use, or operate any source capable of emitting air <br>contaminants without first obtaining a permit so to do, where such permit is <br>required by the regulations of the air pollution control board; or <br>(4) Build, erect, alter, or replace, operate or use any such article, machine, equipment, <br>or other contrivance contrary to the provisions of any permits issued under <br>regulations adopted pursuant to KRS 77.180 to 77.240; or <br>(5) Violate any order, rule, or regulation of an air pollution control district. Every day <br>or portion thereof during which such violation occurs or continues is a separate <br>offense; or <br>(6) Fail or neglect to furnish information, analyses, plans, or specifications required by <br>the air pollution control officer. <br>Effective: March 14, 1952 <br>History: Created 1952 Ky.
