77.045 Certified copies of resolution and ordinance admissible in evidence. (1) A copy of a resolution of the fiscal court declaring that there is need for an air pollution control district, duly certified by the county clerk, is admissible in <br>evidence in any suit, action or proceeding. (2) A copy of an ordinance of the legislative body of a city of the first or second class declaring that there is need for an air pollution control district, duly certified by the <br>clerk of such legislative body, is admissible in evidence in any suit, action or <br>proceeding.
