<br><br>77.045 Certified copies of resolution and ordinance admissible in evidence. <br>(1) A copy of a resolution of the fiscal court declaring that there is need for an air <br>pollution control district, duly certified by the county clerk, is admissible in <br>evidence in any suit, action or proceeding. <br>(2) A copy of an ordinance of the legislative body of a city of the first or second class <br>declaring that there is need for an air pollution control district, duly certified by the <br>clerk of such legislative body, is admissible in evidence in any suit, action or <br>proceeding. <br>Effective: March 14, 1952 <br>History: Created 1952 Ky.
