<br><br>77.080 Meetings of board. <br>(1) Regular meetings of each air pollution control board shall be held at least once in <br>each calendar month. The time and place of the meetings shall be fixed by the <br>board. <br>(2) A majority of the members of the board shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of <br>conducting business and exercising powers and for all other purposes. The <br>affirmative vote of at least a majority of the membership of the board shall be <br>necessary for the adoption of any motion, measure, or resolution, unless in any case <br>the bylaws of the board require a larger number. <br>Effective: March 14, 1952 <br>History: Created 1952 Ky.
