<br><br>77.090 Air pollution control officer, assistants, deputies and other employees in <br>counties not containing first or second-class city. <br>(1) In all counties other than those provided for in KRS 77.085, the air pollution control <br>board of the air pollution control district may appoint an air pollution control <br>officer, and may provide for assistants, deputies, clerks, attaches and other persons <br>to be employed by the air pollution control officer, and the times at which they shall <br>be appointed. <br>(2) An air pollution control officer appointed pursuant to this section shall have the <br>qualifications set forth in KRS 77.085. <br>(3) Such air pollution control officer may be removed by the board, for cause, in the <br>manner provided for the removal of air pollution control officers in subsection (3) <br>of KRS 77.085. <br>Effective: March 14, 1952 <br>History: Created 1952 Ky.
