<br><br>79.315 Matters to be agreed upon. <br>In the compact entered into pursuant to KRS 79.310, a city of the first class and the <br>county containing such city shall agree for the period the compact is in effect that: <br>(1) Any annexation by the city of the first class of unincorporated territory shall be <br>pursuant to the procedures established by KRS 81A.005; <br>(2) Occupational license fees collected by the city and the county shall be divided <br>between the city of the first class and the county in accordance with the formula <br>established by KRS 79.325; <br>(3) The control and responsibility for specific boards, commissions and agencies <br>established or controlled by either the city or the county or by the city and the <br>county jointly shall be in accordance with the provisions of the compact pursuant to <br>KRS 79.330 notwithstanding any provision of the Kentucky Revised Statutes to the <br>contrary. <br>Effective: July 15, 1986 <br>History: Created 1986 Ky.
