81.025 Laws applicable to city established by order applicable until reassignment by General Assembly. After an order establishing a city has been entered, the general laws relating to cities of <br>the class which includes the population of the newly incorporated city shall apply to the <br>city until the city is assigned to another class by the General Assembly.
