<br><br>81.320 Tabulation of votes. <br>The votes on the plan shall be tabulated in the following manner: <br>(1) The total votes cast within the city of the first class shall be tabulated as a separate <br>total. <br>(2) The total votes cast in the affected area as described pursuant to KRS 81.310, but <br>lying outside of the city of the first class shall be tabulated as a separate total; <br>included within this total, the votes cast in each city within this area, which has <br>been incorporated more than twelve (12) months prior to the submission to the <br>qualified voters of the question on the plan, shall be tabulated as individual totals <br>for the purposes described in subsections (2) and (3) of KRS 81.330. <br>Effective: May 18, 1956 <br>History: Created 1956 Ky.
