<br><br>81.065 Ohio River and state streams as boundaries -- Jurisdiction. <br>Cities bounded in part by the Ohio River shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the <br>Commonwealth over the waters of the river opposite to the city. If the boundary between <br>a city and one (1) or more other cities, or between a city and a county other than that in <br>which the city is situated, is a stream within the state, the city shall have concurrent <br>jurisdiction with the other city or cities, or the county, over the waters of the stream <br>opposite to the city. <br>Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Created 1980 Ky.
