<br><br>82.088 Regulation of adult establishments. <br>(1) In order to prevent crime, protect the city's retail trade, maintain property values and <br>generally to protect and preserve the quality of its neighborhoods, commercial <br>districts, and the quality of urban life, a city, by ordinance, may regulate the location <br>of adult establishments by dispersing them throughout the city or by concentrating <br>them in one (1) area. <br>(2) "Adult establishment", as used in this section, shall include, but not be limited to, <br>the following: <br>(a) Adult bookstore; <br>(b) Adult motion picture theater; or <br>(c) Adult mini motion picture theater. <br>Effective: July 13, 1990 <br>History: Repealed and reenacted 1990 Ky.
