<br><br>83.165 Public wharves and landings -- Control -- Charges. <br>(1) The wharves and landings of cities of the first class shall be under the care and <br>control of the Department of Public Works. <br>(2) The department shall fix and receive reasonable charges for the use of the wharves <br>and landings and shall keep them in order. <br>History: Amended 1952 Ky.
