<br><br>83A.043 Laws governing election of city officers and dates for primary and regular <br>elections. <br>(1) Election of city officers shall be governed by the provisions of KRS Chapters 116 to <br>121, except as provided in this chapter. <br>(2) Dates on which primary and regular elections are to be held shall be governed by <br>the provisions of KRS 118.025, except as provided in this chapter. <br>Effective: July 15, 1988 <br>History: Created 1988 Ky.
