<br><br>91.521 Appeal from judgment confirming or disapproving commissioner's sale and <br>distribution of proceeds. <br>The collector or any interested person or anyone on behalf of any incompetent may appeal <br>from the judgment confirming or disapproving the commissioner's sale and the <br>distribution of proceeds. No questions may be raised upon the appeal that could have <br>been raised upon an appeal from the judgment of the sale. The appeals shall be taken <br>within thirty (30) days after the date of the judgment. The necessity for giving bond and <br>the provisions thereof shall be the same as in the case of appeal from the judgment of <br>sale. <br>Effective: July 15, 1980 <br>History: Created 1980 Ky.
