<br><br>92.810 Enforcement of collection of tax bills by cities of second through sixth class. <br>In addition to those powers granted in this chapter for the collection of ad valorem taxes, <br>any city of the second through the sixth class may enforce collection of any tax bill due it <br>by the procedure authorized by the provisions of KRS 91.484 to 91.527, except the statute <br>of limitations shall, in all cases, be that set forth in KRS 134.546. <br>Effective: January 1, 2010 <br>History: Amended 2009 Ky.
