<br><br>95.200 Police, oath. <br>Each member of the police force, including special policemen, before entering upon the <br>discharge of his duties, shall take an oath to faithfully discharge the duties of his office. <br>This oath shall be subscribed by the person taking it and filed in the office of the <br>department of public safety. <br>Effective: June 19, 1952 <br>History: Amended 1952 Ky.
