<br><br>95.626 Funeral benefit. <br>When an active or retired member of the police or fire department dies under the <br>conditions set out in paragraph (c) of subsection (3) of KRS 95.624 the board of trustees <br>of the pension fund may pay from the fund to the widow or family a sum of not more than <br>one hundred dollars ($100) for funeral expenses. <br>History : Created 1966 Ky.
