95.777 Persons entitled to benefits. No person shall be entitled to receive any pension from the said pension fund under KRS <br>95.761 to 95.785 except a regularly retired member or a regular member in the said police <br>or fire department, his widow, or children under the age of fourteen (14) years, or <br>dependent mother or father.
