95.877 Each member deemed to authorize deductions for contributions. Each member shall, by virtue of the payment of contributions to the fund or pick up of employee contributions by the employer pursuant to KRS 65.155, receive a vested interest in such contributions, and in consideration of such vested interest, shall be conclusively deemed to undertake and agree to pay the same and to have the amounts deducted from his salary as herein provided, or to have such contributions picked up by the employer pursuant to KRS 65.155.
